Steve Elkins

Steve Elkins is the director of the documentary Echoes of the Invisible, an exploration of the lives of globetrotters, which won the Zeiss Cinematography Award at the 2020 SXSW Film Festival and is now on VOD out via Utopia. Elkins’ photography, music and documentary filmmaking has been presented in more than 20 countries via television, radio, film festivals, universities and art galleries, including a permanent exhibition of his work with Western Arrernte Aborigines at the National Museum of Australia in Canberra. His first feature was The Reach of Resonance (2012).
