Julian P. Hobbs and Elli Hakami

Julian P. Hobbs and Elli Hakami are the principals at Talos Films, which develops and produces unscripted and scripted content for a wide range of global networks and distributors. Hobbs and Hakami directed and produced the juggernaut docuseries House of Hammer for Warner Bros. Discovery, which was recently nominated for a Critics Choice Real TV Award. Hobbs also directed How to Create a Sex ScandaI, a three-part docuseries executive produced with Hakami and released in conjunction with the launch of WBD’s new platform, MAX. Talos Films are well known for their premium documentary features and miniseries including: Torn Apart: Separated At The Border for HBO; Rebuilding Hope: The Children of 9/11 for Magnolia; Queen of Meth for Discovery+; Red Elvis: The Cold War Cowboy for SKY/Curiosity Stream; and America’s War On Drugs for History. Talos also produces buzzy series such as: Clipped! with Martha Stewart for HGTV; Family Reboot with Kelly Rippa for Disney+; 100 Days Wild for Discovery; and Lake Erie Murders for Investigation Discovery.
