Jeff Zentner’s debut novel, The Serpent King (Crown/Random House), releases in March 2016. Prior to becoming an author, he was a singer-songwriter and guitarist who recorded with Iggy Pop, Nick Cave, Thurston Moore, Mark Lanegan, Lydia Lunch and Debbie Harry, among others.
