Elia Einhorn

Elia Einhorn has overseen the Talkhouse Podcast since they launched in 2014. He is also a host and producer for Pitchfork Radio, as well as the curator for Pitchfork’s 2017 In Sight Out series at The Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago. Elia throws the monthly-ish Brooklyn-based Brit music party ‘This Is Britain!, which has seen featured DJ sets from members of The Smiths, LCD Soundsystem, Battles, and more. He was the frontman of the critically acclaimed indie-punk band The Scotland Yard Gospel Choir (Bloodshot Records) and is the songwriter/producer for the new collaborations-based project Fashion Brigade. His music has been heard on TV shows such as Gossip Girl and The OC, on networks like Nickelodeon and Comedy Central, and in Off Broadway musicals in Times Square. Elia is a Webby-honored podcast producer and Audie-nominated audiobook engineer, and in 2016, Pitchfork Radio was shortlisted for Best Station in Online Radio Awards. He’s studied under Terry Riley, covered Neil Diamond’s “Porcupine Pie” live with Ben Gibbard and John Roderick, and once starred in a Belle & Sebastian video.
