Your system may have many possible audio input devices. Just speak into the microphone (or tap it) while trying different audio input sources on the left side of this panel. It should be pretty obvious when you’ve selected the correct source because the audio meter will move in response to sound.

If the names on the side of the panel seam meaningless don’t worry about it. They weren’t chosen by us. They’re whatever the hardware vendor decided to name them.
