How it works: Search easily for songs
- Searches are based on keywords and phrases. It's simple and infinitely flexible, with no hard-to-remember, rigid and clumsy commands.
- Use multiple keywords just like on the internet so you can find what you want even if you don't have exact information.
- For example, say: Floyd Wall - to find Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall
- More complex requests or requests with less information often generate a small set of easily navigated best-match choices.
- If there are multiple results, the Talkhouse Media Player suggests the next options by voice or on screen - you don't need to start again from scratch.
- Your choices are displayed in a rank list so you can browse the best matches as well as search.
- o For example, say: "Stefani Sweet Escape". If you have that song in your collection, it will begin player immediately. You will also get a list of songs with "The Sweet Escape" at the top, followed by other songs by Gwen Stefani for you to listen to after if you want.
- The Talkhouse Media Player is even more flexible than that.
- You can say partial phrases and get interesting results. For example, saying "explicit" will typically pick up all songs that have the word "explicit" somewhere in their title.
- Or if you combine phrases such as "Mozart, string quartet", results that match your query equally well are randomized. So it's easy to create song lists on the fly with a single query.
